They were very mindful of the interview in the house, wearing clean coveralls and booties. Also, they left my yard in perfect condition. I would call on them again and recommend them to anyone.

6.2011 Highly Recommended! The Kings: We have a house that was built in the late 70′s. We had a cold basement in the winter, and hot bedrooms upstairs in the summer. We just suffered by throwing on blankets, or installing window AC units. I think we were doing what most people do that live in these older homes – making temporary fixes to significant annoyances. Thanks to Sarkinen Plumbing, all that is far behind us now – thankfully! We originally hired Sarkinen Plumbing to fix a leak in our bathroom sink. Ronald came to our house, fixed the lead, looked around and saw several items items they could fix. First, he gave us a questionnaire that asked things about the air quality in our house. It asked if we had itchy eyes, sneeze often, if dust accumulates very quickly after we dust, etc. Unfortunately, we answered “yes” to almost all of the questions. Ronald explained that these symptoms might be happening due to poor air quality, and holes in the “envelope” of our house. Per his suggestion, we began diagnosing these problems with a “negative pressure” air test to see where leaks might be. To our shock there were leaks everywhere! Bad air was infiltrating the interior of our house through cracks in the sheetrock, electrical outlets, along the edges of our carpet, crawl access and attic access doors – floor, ceiling, walls – they were everywhere! It was alarming. We even had holes under our kitchen cabinets large enough that mice could get through… and did at times. We hired Sarkinen … it is wonderful! We didn’t know what we were missing. We felt the effects of the sealing and re-insulating as soon as each phase of our project was done. Once they were done, all the extreme hot and cold spots of our home were stabilized into one comfortable temperature. It is incredible. These guys know what they are doing! We had some electrical work fone to support the new HVAC system and other renovations we had done, and they did a good job too. It was clear they had our best interests at heart. If you are looking to have any or all of the above work done to your house, Sarkinen is a solid choice. I wold do it all over again for the satisfaction of knowing that t was money well spent. My house and family are 100% more healthy and comfortable. Thanks!

The plumber who came out and assured me that they would find this leak and get the job done, he was very professional and sincere. Not long after some digging they found the leak in my main line, i figured o gosh my yard is going to look horrendous by the time this is all said and done…. I was worried. The tech assured me they would not damage my yard, WHEW! I don’t understand how they did it but by the end of the day the job was complete and i couldn’t even tell they had even worked in my yard… well except for a small amount of digging but i was quite amazed at their neatness! I have to say i have not seen such efficiency and i would happily recommend Sarkinen to anyone who needs a plumber!

They quoted me a standard rate for a plumber on a weekend and I agreed….no big deal…I need it done, right?….So the plumber, I think his name was Donny, Showed up and did the job. No big deal…till he handed me the bill, and it was two hundred LESS than I was quoted over the phone. Now mind you, I’ve only been in business for myself for two years now. What I’ve learned is that people will take advantage of you whenever you turn your back. What I found with these guys, is that they are a small company and are doing what you should be doing right now. That is honest work for honest pay.
